We built baylily because we watched excellent agency owners burn out - not from the care itself, but from the hours of typing after every visit.
Our philosophy is simple: Software should be quiet. It should require the absolute minimum amount of screen time necessary to safely record the truth, and then it should get out of the way. We design for clarity, for speed, and for relief.

Our founding team spent years running home care agencies. We've juggled three-page assessment notes, slow intake cycles, and families left waiting for a first update. We've felt the gap between the work we wanted to do and the paperwork that kept getting in the way.
