Every caregiver should have their own login. Charging per seat encourages sharing credentials, which creates compliance and accountability gaps. We price by client volume instead.
What does onboarding look like?
We handle the heavy lifting. Send us your existing intake forms and spreadsheets and our team maps them into baylily. Most agencies are live and running consults within 14 days.
Is the voice transcription HIPAA compliant?
Yes. All recordings, transcripts, and care records are encrypted at rest and in transit. We sign a BAA with every agency and maintain detailed audit logs.
Can we start on Starter and move to Growth?
Absolutely. Your record, clients, and history carry forward. Many agencies start on Starter to run their first four-day cycle, then add Pair and Pulse when they're ready to scale.
Do we need to replace our existing software?
